Kerry ArslanYou won’t find a long grained rice here in Turkey all the rice is short grained, the closest you will get is Basmati rice. Most Turkish house wives use the Baldo Rice its pretty multifunctional and I normally use this rice as well, though the last bag I bout was Osmancik and I think I may prefer this type now, its a finer rice and maybe a little easier to cook.
