This is a quick and simple dinner with Chicken and Bulgur is great if you are needing of something fast and easy. It is also the type of meal you can make in a large quantity and make it spread around.
- Prep Time: 10 minutes
- Cook time: 20-60 minutes

- Chicken Breast in Chunks or Chicken Pieces – 250g
- Tomatoes Peeled and Chopped – 2 large optional
- Tomato Paste – 1 tablespoon
- Onion roughly chopped – 1 large
- Garlic Crushed – 2 – 4 Cloves optional
- Cumin – 1 teaspoons
- Paprika – 1 teaspoon
- Chicken Stock Cube – 1
- Salt and Pepper – To Taste
- Warm Water – 2-3 Cups
Cut your chicken into chunks or use a whole chicken and cut into pieces.
Roughly chop your onion and tomatoes. If you are in a real hurry you can just use the tomato paste.
In a pot soften your onion and garlic together then throw in your chicken and tomatoes. Then add in your spices and tomato paste.
Add in your water enough to cover. If you want to slow cook give about 1 inch above the less water the quicker it will reduce.
Add in your stock cube and seasoning. Cook until chicken is tender and sauce has reduced.
You can cook this in 20 to 30 minutes or allow to slow cook for an 1 hour depending on how quickly you need the meal.
